• Adoption of airport height zoning ordinance.
• One of the first 700 airports to utilize the E-NOTAM online service.
• Upgrade to RNAV (GPS) approach with 400’ minimums. One of the first 1,300 of such Upgrades.
  Completed property purchases and easements within the RPZs.
• Winner of the Governor’s Silver Star award for 10 years of excellent customer service.
• Adoption of a modern emergency response plan that incorporates emergency service providers such as Franklin County EMA, Southern Tennessee Medical Center, Arnold Air force Base, Decherd, Cowan, & Winchester police and fire service, and Rural Metro ambulance service.
• Adoption of a rules and regulations that serves in the best interest of the airport while protecting the tenants and customers of the airport.
